When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Requests Table & Rights of Data Subject
Right to Erasure Requests: You can request to be erased from the site. After email confirmation, your request is added to the requests table for review by the Administrator. If you have content published on the site, it will be added to this table. If not, you will receive a confirmation of erasure request and a 6-digit token for safekeeping in case data recovery is needed. The Administrator can reassign or delete content. Comments will be made anonymous.
Right to Access Data Request & User Data Portability: You can request to download your data. After requesting, you will receive a double opt-in confirmation email. An XML or JSON file will be generated and emailed to you for download with a 48-hour expiration.
Right to Rectify & Complaint Requests: You can request to rectify data or file a complaint. After making your request, you will receive a double opt-in confirmation email, and the request will be added to the table for admin to handle.
Email Marketing We use email marketing to keep you updated with newsletters. Each mailshot is GDPR compliant and contains an opt-out notification if you no longer wish to receive them. For email marketing, we store only your name and email address.
