Product Purpose

• Hormonal Stimulation:
  • Men: Single doses of kisspeptin-10 (0.01–3 nmol/kg IV) increased LH by ~2–5-fold and testosterone by ~20–30% within 2–4 hours in healthy men (Dhillo et al., 2005). Subcutaneous doses (0.1–10 µg/kg) sustained LH/FSH release over 24 hours.

• Fertility:
  • Improved ovulation rates in women with hypothalamic amenorrhea, with ~60% achieving follicular maturation at 10 µg/kg twice daily for 2 weeks (Jayasena et al., 2010).

• Muscle Growth (Indirect):
  • Testosterone elevation promotes protein synthesis and muscle hypertrophy, with anecdotal reports of 0.5–1 kg lean mass gain in 8–12 weeks when combined with resistance training, though direct anabolic effects are weaker than SARMs or steroids.
• Weight Gain (Indirect):
  • Testosterone’s anabolic effects support lean mass gain (~0.5–1.5 kg in 12 weeks) in hypogonadal men, with minimal fat accumulation. Appetite may increase mildly via testosterone’s metabolic effects, but kisspeptin lacks direct ghrelin-like hunger stimulation.
